Fatima Santana, LCSW

Clinical Supervisor

With 15 years of experience as a social worker, I bring a depth of clinical insight to my role as a clinical supervisor for therapists in training.  I foster a nonjudgmental, open space where questions are welcomed and learning is collaborative. Feedback is offered constructively, always with the understanding that growth comes through curiosity, reflection, and practice. My goal is to support developing clinicians in building clinical confidence, critical thinking, and a solid therapeutic foundation.

Clinical Supervisor

With over 20 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I bring a deep commitment to fostering growth, reflection and confidence in developing clinicians. Throughout my career, I have supported children, families, and school communities, and I draw on this breadth of experience in my role as a clinical supervisor.

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgemental space where therapists feel safe to ask questions, explore challenges and develop their clinical voice. My approach to supervision is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, critical thinking, and compassion. I value open dialogue and aim to provide thoughtful constructive feedback that helps clinicians strengthen their skills and expand their understanding of the therapeutic process.

My goal as a supervisor is to empower therapists to build a solid clinical foundation, trust their instincts, and develop a professional identity rooted in ethical practice, empathy, and lifelong learning.

Justin Mayo, LMSW

Licensed Master Social Worker

I am a mental health counselor specializing in adolescent services. I used various modes of CBT, play therapy, narrative therapy, anger

management, self-harm reduction, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy in most of my cases. I work well with young adults and individuals in the preadolescent/adolescent stage. I am comfortable working with those who are part of the LGBTQ community. I have a Bachelors in Gender and Women’s Studies; therefore, I incorporate feminist theory in my practice. To the community, I look to bring LGBTQ affirmative and feminist theory-based counseling that will help those who are vulnerable within the community.

Paola Navarrete, M.A.

Mental Health Counselor (Limited Permit)

Hi there! My name is Paola, and I am a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, currently holding a Limited Permit. I’m passionate about helping individuals who feel caught between worlds as they navigate anxiety, cultural expectations, and life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning but silently struggle to balance family, work, and their well-being. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by self-doubt, relationship stress, or pressure to “hold it all together,” I offer a warm, empathetic space where your story is seen and valued. Healing starts with being understood in your language and on your terms.

I use CBT, mindfulness, and, when desired, faith integration to help clients reduce anxiety, build emotional resilience, and find balance. My bilingual background allows me to provide culturally responsive care for English and Spanish-speaking communities.

You deserve a safe space where your culture, values, and voice matter. Together, we’ll build tools that support your emotional and spiritual well-being so you can move from surviving to thriving. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk this journey with you.
