Our registered dietician offers patients guidance on how food impacts mood, energy and overall mental wellness.  Their specialized nutrition support helps patients build a healthy relationship with food and develop lifelong wellness habits.

Mindfulness

Our providers utilize techniques to help the youth manage anxiety, improve focus, and develop self-regulation skills.  Movement-Based Therapy activities like yoga, stretching and gentle exercises promote relaxation and self-awareness allowing the patient to be present in the moment.
